Lame LM-601 Microphone Review

Today , we are going to review a cheap " Professional " Dynamic Microphone by Lane that is a chineese company that create audio materials ( Mics , Speakers , Mixers ...)

1 - What's in the box ?

The box contains 2 things : A XLR Cable , And the Microphone itself ( The box contains also a Silica Gel but that's not so important )

2 - Overview

- This Microphone looks really good cause of the materials that is made with ( Metal )
- Confortable on the hand palm
- Has a Off/On Switch in the center of the stick
- Removable Pop Finter ( Integrated )
- Doesn't need a special power ( Tested on a Macbook Pro using a 6.5 mm to 3.5 mm Jack Port Converter )

3 - Performance

After some tests on my Macbook Pro ( Logic Pro X ) without a sound card , I saw and noticed that :
- The sound is correct .
- We don't hear a lot of background noise .
- The sound is nice and sharp .
- Unfortunately , the sound is not loud enough , so we need to boost it during the mastering .
- This Mic is Mono .
4 - Conclusion
Finally , I found that this Microphone is too good for the price ( approx 7 $ ) .
Can we find a chaeper one for similar performance ?
